About Us
We carry on hookah culture with skill, patience and care.
Why Qalix
Hookah is a pleasure that can't be rushed. The balance of the base, the craftsmanship of the stem, the feel of the hose — all of it is part of the experience. We built a brand that chases these details and cares about every stage, from materials to finish.
There are five collections under the Qalix roof. Each answers a different need; all share the same understanding of quality.
Our collections
QALIX — Premium hookah sets
High-end bases. Limited production, handcrafted details and carefully selected materials. The most ambitious pieces of the range live here.
SHIGO — Traditional hookah sets
Classic forms, familiar silhouettes. Traditional hookah culture meets modern production standards.
SHISTAR — Hookah accessories
Hoses, bowls, tongs, heat management and care products. The pieces that complete the experience.
SHGO — Restaurant and business equipment
Products built to withstand heavy use and designed with service in mind. For the day-to-day operation of cafés and restaurants.
ATELIER — Design your own hookah
Choose the base, stem, colour and details yourself; we'll make it. One of a kind, made for you.
How we work
- Product selection: Every product in our catalogue is hand-checked. We don't sell what we don't like.
- Accurate stock: If a product shows as in stock, it really is. You won't get an "out of stock" message after ordering.
- Secure payment: All card payments are taken with 3D Secure. Your card details are not stored on our systems.
- Transparent returns: We don't make your right of withdrawal hard to use. The terms are clearly written on the returns page.
We don't sell tobacco
Qalix sells only hookah sets, accessories and equipment. We do not sell tobacco products.
